When your chatbot captures leads from your website visitors, that data belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to display in your dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and that your website has an appropriate privacy policy informing visitors about data collection.
